I have lived on Prince Edward Island, Canada, since January 2022.
My inspiration has stemmed from my search for God since the age of fourteen.
This path has led me through the Charismatic Renewal group, the Catechumens, Rosary groups and several retreats including Emmaus and here in Canada Cursillo Movement.
Since 2002 I have belonged to the Divine Will group
With one song from the second album still needing a melody, my teacher couldn't continue working with me. I insisted we find a way to finish the project, but it was impossible because his new job kept him busy even on weekends. So I started working on it myself. The best part was that I began composing the melodies for this album.

It's like a second child, having learned from the first, we're a little more confident. It also contains songs that are among my favorites, with the flavor of my beginnings as a songwriter. Each album is a journey through spiritual themes, and several contain a song of mourning. Because this project was born precisely from a loss, a loss that was experienced with joy and hope, even though it brought pain.

As its name suggests, it's the first album, the first birth. I had about twenty songs and decided to include a variety of themes on each album. The idea of 50 songs came to me, and that was my goal from the beginning. This album is very significant because it's the one that opens the door. It contains some of my favorite songs, and I know that being the first... It will have its shortcomings since there is always a learning process.

On this album, I paused the process to arrange the material we had, reviewing the chords and recording the songs with the arrangements so we could go over them again. I'm so grateful to my teachers, each of whom contributed something different to help me continue this project. There were many, some for a short time and others for more than a year, but I remember them all. It's so important to be open to change because you grow and learn more with new experiences. We must trust in God's plans.

Eighty percent of this project was completed during the Coronavirus pandemic. I was in Ecuador during the learning process, and it began to take shape there, but its development started in May 2019 and fully materialized in 2020. All the material is ready to be recorded as resources become available and as God and you, the listeners, allow. For me, they are like little sheep, eager to be released to travel the world, carrying a message that is as important to you as it is to me. I poured my hands, my desire, my effort, my dedication, and I wrote as if I were being dictated to. All of this, of course, was based on an infinite love for God and a search for Him that began when I was fourteen.
